Frequently Asked Questions
What services do you offer?
As your dentist, we offer a very wide range of services to all your family members of all ages. Whether it’s basic dentistry, surgical, or cosmetic dentistry, we are happy to help! Those services include fillings, root canals, check-ups, cleaning, teeth whitening, Invisalign, implants, extractions, crowns and bridges, veneers, dentures, and full mouth rehabilitation.
Do I need to arrive early for my first appointment?
Yes, please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to fill out any patient forms.
Do you accept dental insurance?
Yes, we do direct billing to all private dental insurance companies, ODSP, HSO, and the new federal program – CDCP.
Insurance OptionsWhat forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, cash, credit cards, and most insurance plans. Contact our office so a member of our team can verify your insurance or visit our Payment Options page for more information!
View Payment OptionsHow often should I visit the dentist for a check-up? What are the benefits?
Depending on your oral health, you should visit your dentist 2 to 3 times per year. However, it is not a one-size-fits-all; if you have gum disease, your dentist might ask you to come more often, or if you have pristine oral hygiene, your dentist might see you as little as once a year. During those visits, your hygienist will do a cleaning, your dentist will then perform a check-up exam, and take radiographs if needed. Having scheduled check-ups and cleanings is very important to maintain your oral health, detect dental issues early on, and minimize the risk of needing emergency treatment.
